Note: We do not accept returns and exchanges on items unless they meet the specific conditions outlined below.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

1. Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty item, we will refund the value of your order.
  • Contact us via email at ourworldshope@gmail.com or WhatsApp before returning the item. Please provide photos of the issue to help us assess the damage.
  • We offer free returns for faulty items. We will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label.

2. Product Issues

  • If the product does not meet the description given on our site, we will refund the value of your order.
  • Contact us via email at ourworldshope@gmail.com or WhatsApp before returning the item.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receiving an order.

Eligible Exchanges

  • If you receive a faulty item, did not receive what you ordered, or if the fit wasn't right, the exchange cost is on us!
  • Exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after the return is received.
  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at contact@ourworldshop.com if there are any issues with your order. Our support team will provide the best solution.

Important Notes:

  • Items will not be held for exchange until the return is processed.
  • Items may become out of stock before returns are processed. If your return is processed after an item is out of stock, store credit will be issued for your next order.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. Customs fees vary by country.

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 2-7 business days from the delivery date.

  • Items to be returned or exchanged must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags, or they may be rejected.
  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
  • We do not offer exchanges on out-of-stock items. If the item(s) are out of stock, a refund will be issued.
  • We do NOT refund original shipping charges.
